In-store return & exchange policy.

In addition to your legal rights, we are willing to offer returns and exchanges on most* goods under the following circumstances:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase **, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

From 17th October, we no longer offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

From 25th October, we no longer offer exchanges, except for size exchanges of the same item, subject to stock availability.

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, certain goods will not be subject to the above policy. This include: hats, wige and hair accessories, facial hair including false eyelashes, make-up and face paints, latex and fake blood, earrings, masks or disguises that cover the eyesm nose, and or mouth, eye accessories, fangs, and other false teeth, nails, hosiery, undergarments or any items used as underwear. ** if you have purchased your item through our website, you must follows the returns procedure as outlined in your dispatch confirmation email.

Last day of trade: Sunday 1st November 2026

This policy applies to change-of-mind purchases only and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods under Irish consumer law.
